Shipping

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We ship World Wide!

Australia:

We charge a flat rate of only $7.99 Standard or $11.99 Express (You Choose!) per order Australia wide no matter what you order.

We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $70 AUS/NZ & $99 internationally (automatically applied at the checkout).

International:

Shipping Cost is based on location. Depending on which country you are placing your order, your postage fee will vary. This will be calculated at checkout for you.

How long does shipping take?

All purchases will be packed within one-two working days of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to any address or PO Box. Please keep in mind Australia Post does have delays at times which may affect your shipping times.

Standard Shipping:

You should expect your items to arrive within 2-6 working days. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer.

Express Shipping:

You should expect your items to arrive within 1-3 working days. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer.

International:

How Will I know My Parcel is on the Way?

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you absolutely can! We want you to love your purchase and have a 14 day return policy. You can read more of our return policy here.

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us via email at info@educatorbling.com for a refund, replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.

Please include your name, order details and refund/exchange/credit preference in the email so we may assist you further.

Please note:

- Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

- Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid and

- Return parcel must be tracked shipping and please make sure items are packaged securely in a box with protective padding when sending them back. If they arrive damaged due to poor packaging, we sadly won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

💔 What do I do if Some of my Bling arrived damaged?

Don’t worry — we’ve got your back in the event of damaged bling on the way to you!

Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@educatorbling.com with:

✨ A photo of the packaging it came in
