Our Return Policy: Let's Keep It Fabulously Easy!

🎁 No Returns on the Special Stuff: Unfortunately, we can't accept refunds or returns on gift cards or personalised items. We appreciate your understanding!

💌 Changed Your Mind? No Problem!:

We want you to absolutely love your Educator Bling! But if something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it – hassle-free – as long as it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and not marked as Final Sale.

🌟 Options, Options, Options!

We offer three return options – store credit, exchange or refund minus a 15% handling fee. 

Note: Final Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

*Please allow for 5-7 Days for your Return to be processed once recieved*

💌 Return It, but Keep It Traceable and Safe!: If you're sending something back, make sure to use a traceable shipping service like Australia Post. Unfortunately, we can't refund the original shipping expenses, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

To keep your sparkly pieces safe, please make sure items are packaged securely in a box with protective padding when sending them back. If they arrive damaged due to poor packaging, we sadly won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
